Youth Business Leaders was founded to provide high school students with hands-on opportunities to explore leadership, entrepreneurship, and the world of business through engaging, real-world experiences.

Youth Business Leaders was founded to provide high school students with hands-on opportunities to explore leadership, entrepreneurship, and the world of business through engaging, real-world experiences.
In March 2024, we hosted our first March Break Leadership Series & Networking Event at the Richard Ivey Building at Western University. The event welcomed over 30 students for a full day focused on professional development and real-life business learning. Highlights included a dynamic leadership workshop, an interactive Ivey Case Study Class, and a Networking & Vendor Fair featuring local universities, businesses, and startups.
Students participated in discussions, gained practical skills, and connected with professionals from leading organizations. The day was designed to challenge students to think critically, collaborate, and see themselves as future leaders.
